This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Even though a writ of Mandamus may not lie, in the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted enquiry. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or adjudication. 3.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
