PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the respondent pertaining to its order bearing Na.Ka.NO.110/2016/A2 dated 07.01.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to fix the rent by enhancing the same at the rate of 15% for every three years.

ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Municipality by making a representation and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as stated supra. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
