This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the above contempt petition which was closed by this Court dated 16.11.2022 and punish the contemnor for the disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.8113 of 2021 dated 18.03.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction issued by this Court, enquiry was undertaken and the same was completed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that enquiry report was not served to him.

4. This Sub Application is closed with a direction to the respondent to approach the concerned department for getting copy of the enquiry report.
