This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents herein for their willful, wanton and deliberate non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 16425 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 16425 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023 has already been complied with.
