COMMON ORDER W.P.Crl.(MD).No.153 of 2025 is filed seeking permission to conduct temple festival at 'Imperumdeviyar Kovil', Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai.

2. W.P.Crl.(MD).No.96 of 2025 is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take action against the private respondents, who have excommunicated the petitioner from participating in the aforesaid temple festival.

3. When the matter came up for hearing on 13.06.2025, the learned counsels on either side submitted that since there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties, the matter may be referred to mediation centre. Considering the same, this Court referred the matter before the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench and has also appointed the learned counsel Mr.Sankar Ganesh, who is having rich experience in HR & CE matter, as a Mediator.

4. Today, it appears that on the best effort taken by the Mediator, the issue between the parties has been amicably resolved. The learned counsel on either side submit that as per the settlement arrived between the parties before the mediation, they will conduct temple festival.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel on either side and the mediation report, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
