Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.247 of 2017.

3.It is unfortunate that though the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had represented before this Court on earlier occasion, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3177 of 2019 filed by the accused that the case has already been charge sheeted on 20.04.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the charge sheet has not been filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would pray two weeks time for filing charge sheet stating that there was a typographical error in the earlier order, by which there was some confusion.

5. Considering the above submissions, the respondent police is directed to file the Final Report in Crime No.247 of 2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
