ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to pass order in an unnumbered Crl.M.P. No. of 2021, which was filed 05.04.2021, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that after the prolonged proceedings, no complaint has been registered by the concerned police, he filed an unnumbered Crl.M.P.No. of 2021, before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the police, to register a case, which is also kept pending without any progress for the past five months. It was also not listed before the Court for hearing.

3. Considering the limited request that has been made by this petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14660 of 2021 No.V, Madurai, to take the petition filed by the petitioner on file and proceed in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After completing the process, the compliance report shall be submitted to this Registry thereafter. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is allowed.
