Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to enforce and build common public Toilet and permit to live a respectful hassle-free life around local area by considering the petitioner's representation to the respondents dated 24.12.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to build up a common public toilet on the basis of representation dated 24.12.2016, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel, has taken notice for the second respondent. 3.It is seen from the records that on 24.12.2016 the petitioner has given a representation with regard to construction of common public toilet and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 24.12.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
