ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders.
2. According to the petitioner, the first respondent has already conducted an enquiry and the same was concluded on 27.12.2022 and what remained was only passing of final orders. Thereafter, the first respondent has not pass any orders and hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the limited relief of seeking direction to the first respondent to pass final orders, pursuant to the concluded enquiry dated 27.12.2022. This Court, by an order dated 19.06.2023 directed the then Special Government Pleader to specifically file an affidavit indicating the date within which the orders will be passed. Unfortunately, till date, the said order of this Court has not been complied. However, considering the first respondent has admittedly concluded the enquiry proceedings, it 2/4
would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent to pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
