ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to register the certified copy of the Lok Adalat award dated 14.12.2019.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the land in question belongs to their family, and the legal heirs have executed a partition deed before the Lok Adalat. He further submitted that the said award ought to be registered.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the land is classified as Government land, and therefore, the respondents have objections for registering the said land.
4. Since the final order has not been passed in the petitioner's representation, this Court is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's 2/4
representations 16.03.2022 and 24.04.2025, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
