India and he was pursuing his studies Abroad and the petitioner has been roped in unnecessarily in these cases. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the final report has been filed by the respondent police in all these cases.

4.In such view of the matter, nothing survives in these petitions. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report that has already been filed by the respondent police, if so advised.
