for joint trial of the case along with the case in S.C.No.327/2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a case was registered in Crime No.738 of 2017 based on the complaint given by one Penjamin Christhudoss and a counter case was also registered in Crime No.739 of 2017 based on the complaint given by Jeyakumar Jeyaraj. After completion of investigation in Crime No.739 of 2017, the Police have filed the charge sheet and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.327 of 2021 by the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli and Crime No.738/2021 is at the stage of PRC No.1500008/2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli. Hence, this Court may issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli to commit PRC No.1500008/2018 for joint trial of the case along with the case in S.C.No.327/2021, pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli.

3. It is not necessary for this Court to issue a direction to commit PRC/1500008/2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, for joint trial with the case in S.C.No.327/2021 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. However, if 2/4

there is no impediment, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, shall complete the committal proceedings in PRC/1500008/2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
