Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned advertisement issued by the 3rd respondent vide advertisement No.117 dated 23.01.2017 and quash the clause XI (3) alone and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process announced by them to fill up the post of Grade II constables, Grade II Jailors and firemen for the year 2017.
