ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3 & A5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.20 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.On the earlier occasion, when this criminal original petition was taken up, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench for the purpose of settlement, since it is a matter of matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife.

3.In view of the above said reference, the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, on 02.08.2021. The mediation report has also been received for settlement arrived between the parties, which reads as follows:- (A)The original documents of 3rd namely Suganya which was with the petitioner has to be handed over to the 3rd respondent and accordingly, the petitioner had handed over the documents today; (B)The complaint given to the 2nd respondent by the 3rd respondent against the petitioner has to be withdrawn by the 3rd respondent;
(C)It is agreed that it is open for both the parties to approach the respective Court in respect of the matrimonial dispute. 4.In view of the above facts, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judge concerned. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail will stand dismissed.
