O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for first and second respondents and learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The third respondent was the past President of the Mutharamman Temple, North Subramaniapuram, Arumuganeri, Thoothukudi District. The petitioner is the present President. Since the third respondent had delayed the handing over of the temple jewels and other documents, the petitioner gave a complaint before second respondent. A Peace Meeting was also organised. A resolution has also been passed on 21.10.2021.

3. The third respondent already handed over the jewels. But some of the documents are yet to be handed over and sought three months time to hand them over. The grievance raised by the petitioner has been substantially redressed.

4. Recording this subsequent development, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner herein to move this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.16224 of 2021 again in the event of the third respondent not adhering to the undertaking given by him earlier. No costs.
