ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C in Crime No.105 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has already filed three petitions for seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.7821, 10053 and 13206 of 2018. The same was suppressed by the petitioner and he filed the present criminal original petition for seeking anticipatory bail.

3.It is case of job racketing. Since the petitioner suppressed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the earlier three petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal

original petition is dismissed.
