3.Though this Writ Petition is filed seeking to challenge the proceedings, dated 20.1.2017, through which redraw process was proposed on 20.1.2017, the Petitioner has not placed any such proceedings before this Court and on the other hand, what is placed before this Court is only the proceedings, dated 28.12.2016, intimating re-drawal proposed to be held on 20.1.2017. In other words, the Petitioner has not placed the order passed on 20.1.2017, even though the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to challenge such proceedings. Therefore, I find that the present Writ Petition filed without placing such order, is not maintainable. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, however, with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 20.1.2017, by placing the same before the Court, in a separate Writ Petition.
