ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 19.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sub Judge, Usilampatti in D.No.1292 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023 seeking further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in E.P.No.45 of 2022 this Court made the following order:

"Today this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court."

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 19.07.2023, directed the Executing Court to dispose the E.P.No.45 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti, has submitted a requisition dated 07.11.2023 stating that the attachment was made absolute and posted for sale papers and seeks two months further time to dispose of the case. 2/4
