PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in G.O.(1D) No.218, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department, dated 20.06.2019 insofar as the condition 9(i) is concerned and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling by accepting the petitioner's application dated 26.06.2019 so as to enable him to get the mutual transfer.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 20.06.2019 passed in G.O.(1D) No.218, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department, by the first respondent and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2019.

3.In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2019 would be considered as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 4.By accepting the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
