The Writ Petition has been filed questioning the order of the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankarankovil, dated 20.04.2023 in RD. is RDOSKL/2273/2023-B3.

2.There is a further provision available to file revision before the District Revenue Officer, for which, 30 days time is granted. Now the period of limitation to file revision has lapsed. 3.A direction is given to the petitioner to file revision before the District Revenue Officer at Tenkasi District on or before 10.07.2023 and if it is done so, the issue of limitation should not be put against the petitioner.
