2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8818 of 2023 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Madurai. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
