Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to register a case under sections 120(b), 419, 420 of IPC and Provisions of The Information Technology Act 2000 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint to the 1st Respondent dated.23.10.2015 which was forwarded to the 2nd Respondent by the 1st Respondent through vide letter C.No.1157/CSR/DC Crime/MC/15. This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to register a case under sections 120(b), 419, 420 of IPC and Provisions of The Information Technology Act 2000 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint to the 1st Respondent dated.23.10.2015 which was forwarded to the 2nd Respondent by the 1st Respondent through vide letter C.No.1157/CSR/DC Crime/MC/15.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions would submit that in this case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and since the petitioner was not co-operated for enquiry, investigation has been closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there is no need to pass further orders in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
