O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This Writ Petitioner is aggrieved by the installation of illegal pipelines for drawal of water from Nandal river by the sixth and seventh private respondents herein.

2.After notice, the authorities have taken action and removed the said illegally installed pipelines.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the grievance projected in the writ petition, no longer survives. 4.Therefore, the writ petition is closed. However, the authorities shall ensure that such illegal installation does not recur. No costs.
