Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2016 with regard to directing the 3rd respondent to issue Adangal copy to the petitioner's land in S.No.146/1, 146/2, 150/1 situated at Srirengarajapuram, Kulakkatta Kurichi post, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 21.12.2016 wherein and whereby he sought for issuance of Adangal extract in S.No.146/1, 146/2, 150/1 situated at Srirengarajpuram, Kulakkatta Kurichi post, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the said Adangal Exract is urgently required since the last date for filing application for payment of premium to the crop insurance falls on 15.01.2017.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2016 and pass orders on or before 12.01.2017 on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
