ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to forbear the third respondent from interfering in the Civil dispute pending between the petitioners on the one hand and the private respondents on the other. It is seen that based on the complaint of the private respondents, a criminal case was also registered. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl O.P.(MD)No. 12677 of 2021 petitioners have already obtained anticipatory bail in the said case. I have today directed the Inspector of Police, Thalamuthunagar Police Station to file final report in Crime No.270 of 2021. The petitioners have also filed a civil suit in O.S.No.155 of 2020 on the file of District Munsif Court, Tuticorin. In these circumstances, the question of the police interfering in the dispute does not arise at all. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
