ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking permission to conduct "Innisai Katcheri" during temple festival. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the representation itself is made by the petitioner only on 04.06.2025 and even before it reaches the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present petition. He further submits that there are two groups in the village. 3.The respondents are directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025. Law and order is the responsibility of the respondent Police. At the same time by referring an objection if any made by any group or a person, it is not a routine process to reject the genuine request. The respondents have to take a firm stand against the persons, who are unnecessarily causing trouble 2/4

and shall take a proper decision in the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025, forthwith. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
