ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith measure, fix the boundaries and hand-over the possession of the shop site bearing No.3, at Ground Floor in Omni bus-stand complex in Combined Bus Terminals at Mattuthavani, Madurai.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohmmed Mohideen, learned Addl. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondent to measure and fix the boundaries and hand-over the possession of the shop site bearing No.3, at Ground Floor in Omni bus-stand complex in Combined Bus Terminals at Mattuthavani, Madurai. The Petitioner, who was allotted the vacant site in the aforesaid address, had given a representation on 30.1.2017 requesting the respondent to measure the land and fix the boundaries. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.

5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2017 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after hearing the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
