ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.46 of 2018 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case was registered in Crime No.46 of 2018, investigation has not yet been completed. Hence, he filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police has commenced the investigation and he will complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of three weeks before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
