ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's family property situated at S.No.No.358/1B6A with an extent of 0-1.00 Ares, Chettikulam Revenue Village, Rathapuram Taluk,

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. According to the petitioner, the aforementioned property belongs to his family and patta for the said property stands in the name of the petitioner's mother, Palkani, in Patta No.1119. The petitioner's mother applied for survey of the said property on 20.01.2025 in Challan No.20250120008182, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent seeking survey of the said property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any online application and incase of submission of proper online application, the request of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits, within a time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to submit proper online application for survey of the land through her mother, who

is the pattadhar of the property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such proper online application, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of online application, after issuing notice to the applicant and other interested parties, if any.
