Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to move an application under Order VI Rule 16(c) of the Code of Civil Procedure, pointing out to the Trial Court that the present suit is an abuse of process of law and hence, the pleadings ought to be struck off.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
