Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order in Cr.M.P.No.1/BM/2021, dated on 05.08.2021, on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband one named Ganapathi S/o.Periyasamy, aged about 48 years, now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that now, after filing this Habeas Corpus Petition, the Advisory Board has revoked the Detention Order.

2.In view of the above-said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
