Heard Mr.P.Vijaynivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Raja, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the respondent to forward Form-13 received by the respondent in respect of the petitioner's Provident Fund Account Number TN/4950 details, to the Employee Provident Fund Regional Office at Tambaram.

Mr.P.Vijaynivas, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner requested the Employee Provident Fund Officer to include his service of 12 years in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Service into his EPF Account. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner was directed to produce Form-13 from the earlier Department. Hence, the petitioner sent representation on 27.04.2024 requesting the respondent to forward Form-13 which was already received by the respondent on 10.02.2024 itself. Having received the representation 2/4

from the petitioner, the respondent did not take any action so far. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing this Writ Petition.

4. However, the learned counsel for the respondent sought certain clarification from the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is required to file a fresh representation with due details within a period of two weeks.

5. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent should consider the request and pass orders within a period of two weeks therefrom. No costs.
