Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.JEYARAM SIDHARTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7532 of 2020, dated 22.07.2020.
