Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VELMURUGAN P, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition to the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9650 of 2023, dated 05.06.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court finds no merits to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.06.2023. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition insofar as the sureties are concerned, the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each two sureties each for a like sum instead of two blood related sureties. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
