(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name Alagu Lakshmi, aged about 16 years, was found missing from 19.08.2021 and suspecting that the fourth respondent has kidnapped the minor girl, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent police. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the third respondent police has produced the detenu before this Court and on enquiry, she would state that she wants to go with her parents. The father and the mother of the detenu also present before this Court and stated that they would take care of the detenu.

3. Considering the fact that the detenu has been secured and produced before this Court and handed over to her parents, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
