The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey and fix the boundary line of the punja lands in S.Nos.532/3B1 and 526/1A1B of Kottakudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of Petitioner's online applications, dated 15.4.2025 bearing Nos.2025/0123/24/014392 and 2025/0123/24/014395.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the property in S.Nos.532/3B1 situated at Kottakudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District was purchased by him under sale deed, dated 27.09.2004.The property in S.No.526/1A1B situated at Kottakudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District was purchased by his wife Shobana Kumari under sale deed, dated 8.7.2001. Patta for the properties stand in the name of the respective purchasers namely, the Petitioner and his wife. The Petitioner submitted two applications on 15.4.2025 seeking survey of the above mentioned property. The same has 2/5

not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.a.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online applications submitted by the Petitioner, dated 15.4.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the online applications of the Petitioner, dated 15.4.2025 in application Nos.2025/0123/24/014392 and 2025/0123/24/014395. and pass final orders on its own merits,after giving notice to the petitioner, his wife and other interest parties, if any,, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
