O R D E R

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to issue the Application form with prescribed format and particulars for the registration of Class I, II, III contractor of the 3 respondent's department.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner can very well approach the third respondent to get all those particulars.

issue necessary application and other prescribed formats and particulars to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the direction issued by this Court to issue the application to the petitioner shall not be considered as though this Court has accepted the qualification of the petitioner to be registered as Class I, II, III contractor of the third respondent's department, as it is for him to satisfy the authorities, based on the requirements contemplated under the relevant rules. No costs.
