O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent Police in Crime No.139 of 2022 to any other Investigating Agency, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint before the second respondent Police on 23.06.2022 stating that the properties in Survey Nos.798/1A and 798/1B belong to the petitioner's father and on 23.06.2022, the accused persons entered into the petitioner's land and tried to fix the boundaries over the said survey numbers and when the same was questioned by the petitioner and his family members, the accused persons attacked the petitioner and his family members. Hence, a case in Crime No.139 of 2022 was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC. However, the respondents Police have not taken any action against the accused persons. Hence, this Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the second respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the trial Court.
