O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has given a complaint stating that his father was found missing, based on which, a case has been registered in Crime No.354 of 2018 on the file of Chinnalapatti Police Station. Since no action was taken so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The matter is pending for quite long time. There is no progress in pending Crime No.354 of 2018 registered on the file of Chinnalapatti Police Station.

3. In view of the above, Crime No.354 of 2018 on the file of Chinnalapatti Police Station is directed to be transferred to CBCID, Dindigul, by the orders of the first respondent.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
