ORDER
Mr.S.Antony Kumar has filed this writ petition, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation, dated 08.07.2016, wherein, he has made a request to publish the results of the Tamilnadu State Eligibility Test, 2016, within a reasonable time.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Mr.B.Pugalenthi, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
4.Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had appeared for the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2016, under Roll No.TNSET 131259 and Registration No.2804606, conducted by the second respondent on 21.02.2016, which has been periodically conducted for determining the eligibility for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in Universities and Colleges in Tamil Nadu in relevant subjects as per the norms of the University Grants Commission.

He would further submit that even after the lapse of five months, the respondents have not published the results of the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2016 so far, hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to publish the result of the said examination. Finding no response, he has come to this Court, for the above said direction. 6.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents seeks four weeks time to publish the results, after verifying the UGC norms.
7.Placing on record the request of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the second respondent to publish the results of the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
