PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.179 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, who were arrested on 12.07.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in Crime No.179 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 60 pockets of Tobacco product. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 12.07.2022.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no previous case is pending against these petitioners and also would submit that the major part of the investigating has been completed.

No.13073 of 2022 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, most of the investigation might have been over, the petitioners are not having any bad antecedents and considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
