For Petitioners : Mr.P.Aju Tagore For Respondent :Mr.H.Arumugam (in both cases) COMMON ORDER These writ petitions came to be filed to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioners into service and provide all monetary relief from the date of suspension, by considering their representations, dated 30.12.2016 and 19.01.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have already been reinstated into service. The learned Counsel for the petitioners has not refused such submission, however, he sought liberty to file necessary application for payment of arrears of subsistence allowance. 4.In view of the above submission made on either side, these writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file necessary application seeking payment of arrears of subsistence allowance to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
application being submitted, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. No costs.
