ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2016 and consequently to measure and fix the boundary of the Petitioner's property situated in Konthagai group in S.No.254/5A measuring an extent of 6 Ares at Konthagai Village,Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 14.10.2016 given for the purpose of measuring and fixing the boundary of the Petitioner's property situated in Konthagai group in S.No.254/5A, measuring an extent of 6 Ares at Konthagai Village,Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. been considered till date, the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court 5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2016 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent while conducting such enquiry, shall give prior notice to all person, who may be interested in the subject lands.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
