[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus writ of mandamus to direct the third and sixth respondents to consider the representation dated 22.09.2018 and further direct the third and sixth respondents to not open any liquor shop and Bar near Tiruvattar Athikesava Perumal Temple Nanthavanam which is against the Rules.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6 and the learned Standing counsel appearing for TASMAC. 3.The learned Standing counsel appearing for TASMAC has produced a proceedings in ROC NO.724/E/2018/ dated 01.11.2018, in which is stated that there is no proposal to open TASMAC liquor shop at Kanyakumari District, Kalkulam Taluk, Thiruvattar, Athikesavaperumal Temple, Nanthavanam.
