This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus from restraining the respondents from any way allowing the Kodaivizha festival in Uthiramadasamy Temple at Koodankulam, Tirunelveli District which is scheduled on 02.09.2021 and 03.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous.
