PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to award 614 marks out of 720 on the strength of the answer sheet of the petitioner's daughter by name K.Kanishka (Roll No.4126010217, Application No.230410564571 and Booklet No.6653649) by comparing the same with NEET UG 2023 provisional answer key (Book code E2) which have been published in connection with the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023 and consequently publish the official score card indicating the said marks to my daughter.
