ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land situated at S.No.40, Pattathikadu, Thirumanancheri Post, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.K.G.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the aforementioned property is the ancestral property of the petitioner and patta No.176 stands in the name
of the petitioner, his father and brothers. The petitioner submitted an application on 03.12.2024 in Application No.2024/N123/22/006325 seeking to survey of the aforementioned property. It is also seen from the acknowledgment produced in the typed set of paper, the petitioner has paid necessary charges. Since the application of the petitioner has not been considered, till date, he has come before this Court.
5. Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits, within a time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider online application of the petitioner dated 03.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other co-pattadhars mentioned in Patta No.176 and other interested parties, if any.
