O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed challenging the Tender Notice dated 19.12.2016, issued by the Commissioner of Kodaikanal Municipality.

2.The tender was for grant of licence to collect parking charges from users near Bryant Park, Kodaikanal. 3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner alleged that the tender notice was not properly published. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, pointed out that the tender notice was published in a Tamil Daily, "Dinamani". Dinamani is a highly respected newspaper. Therefore, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to publication cannot be countenanced. 6.We find no merit in this writ petition. Hence, it stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
