W.P.(MD) No.15795 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions would submit that there is no proposal to open the TASMAC Shop in S.No.83/7 at Thayamangalam Village Panchayat, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, as alleged by the petitioner. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
