Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Proc.No.AB1/32897/2015, dated 12.10.2020 of the second respondent in so far as the petitioners are concerned and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to include the name of the petitioners in the temporary Forester promotion panel list for the year 2016-2017, dated 12.10.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court. : Mr.D.Sasi Kumar Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R In these Writ Petitions, the petitioners have stated the same lines as that of Mr.John Joseph, petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.15011 of 2020 and the factual aspects in these Writ Petitions are also identical to the case of the petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.15011 of 2020.

2. In the light of the above and for the reasons assigned in the order passed today in W.P.(MD) No.15011 of 2020, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in the same lines. The petitioners are permitted to make appropriate representations before the second respondent agitating their claim for promotion to the post of Forester by narrating all factual aspects within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on submission of such representations by the petitioners, the second respondent shall look into the matter by taking into consideration of the notional promotions that were earlier granted in favour of the petitioners to the post of Forest Watcher and Forest Guard respectively and consider Page No. 2 of 4

the case of the petitioner for the promotion to the post of Forester and pass appropriate orders within a further period of two months from the date of submission of such representation.

3. The Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.15011 of 2020 with this order. No costs.
